The client is responsible for providing all source materials, including images, videos, and written content, for use in collaterals. By doing so, the client confirms that they possess the necessary rights to use the provided media.
When an approval is required and client fails to approve before the due date, the collateral will be considered approved.
Collaterals can be revised one time only.
Any additional modifications requested after changes are already applied will incur a $20 fee per revision.
Full payment for all administrative and creative services is required before the commencement of services.
Turnaround time (business days) varies based on the complexity of the required changes and the availability of source materials.
Complete Website Makeover: this only applies to brands with an existing website needing a revamp, web design from scratch will be billed the regular rates above.
